The Big Idea in Sissy Sports Training: The Body-Forward Mindset.

The Body Forward Mindset is a way of thinking that can help train the body to make better decisions, reduce stress, and create greater happiness. 

The Big Idea is not just a slogan. 

This week, the Big Idea’s new flagship podcast, SissyTrain, launched. 

Its debut episode, “Body-Forward Training,” will be released on the new podcast platform next week.

The Big Ideas main podcast is now available on podcasting platform Podomatic.

“The Body-Fronting Mindset” is a new podcast on Podomatic and a part of The Big Ideas new platform.

The Big Ones main podcast will debut next week on the platform.

Sissy Train is a popular podcast that features stories from the world of Sissy Sport, including the New York Giants Super Bowl Champion, the NFL’s All-Time leading rusher, and the former Miss America and Supergirl contestant. 

Sissy Training, which was created by the Sports Marketing Institute (SMI) at the University of Washington, is the first show on a new platform that is a collaboration between SMI, the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and The Big One. 

SMI and The Big Three were partners in the launch of SizzleTrain, a new sports program. 

In “The Weight-Forward Body-Focused Mindset,” The Big Thing talks about how to improve your weightlifting, and how to find the right trainer and support team to help you get stronger, healthier, and more fit. 

I will be joining Joel Schwartz and his colleagues at The Body Fronting Mind set on the podcast next week to cover a new Sissy training program.

Joel and his co-hosts, Sarah Wiggs and Emily Miller, have had a long and successful track record of teaching people the power of body-forward thinking. 

They’ve been featured in multiple magazines and have also written about their own personal journey of discovering their own body-fronting mindset. 

We can be confident that we are on the right path.
