You can also use a different type of Domino when working out on the go.

Here are the basic rules of Christmas Train dominos, starting with the most important points of the exercise.1.

Start the exercise with the dumbbells at the front.2.

Place the dumbells on your chest and arms.3.

Place your arms on the dumbell and raise the weight to the desired weight.4.

Hold the weight and let it come down slowly until you feel a slight stretch.5.

Now you can start to increase the weight until you reach a point where you can hold a maximum of two Dominos.6.

You should be able to hold two Dominas with two repetitions.7.

Start with the bottom position and slowly increase the load until you can reach a plateau.8.

Now it’s time to do a third rep.9.

Repeat the last two rep and repeat the process until you get to a point at which you can only hold two Dominos.10.

Repeat this process until the last rep is completed.11.

You’ll be surprised to find that the weight you started with was able to be used for three repetitions!12.

You could even do four or five sets of five repetitions for the last couple of minutes of the session.

If your Domino was heavier than you thought it could possibly be, you can add weight to increase your ability to hold it for more reps.14.

The final goal is to reach a weight of eight or nine Dominos before you can’t do more than five reps.
