With the holidays upon us, many runners are starting to dress in shorts. 

For some, this can be an easy way to save money and get into shape, but others struggle to find the right shorts to fit their running style.

While shorts can be a bit of a hassle, a couple tips can help you get the most out of them.

First, if you’re unsure if you want to wear shorts, you can always ask someone in your running group.

Second, if they’ve worn shorts before, ask if they feel comfortable in them.

Third, if the answer is yes, try not to overthink it.

You don’t want to be in a rush to get to work on Monday, and you’ll be surprised at how much better your workout looks with shorts on.

So, how can you get fit?

First, you need to decide what kind of shorts you want.

If you want something to fit snugly around your hips and legs, go for a lightweight, cotton, and/or poly blend.

If you’re looking for a more flexible, breathable, and comfortable, go with a poly blend or a poly mesh.
